The BOOST Growth Co-Lab
A two-day working space for lawyers, BD and marketing professionals who want to share practical ideas, test new tools and build better ways of working together.
Join us during the IBA Annual Conference for hands-on workshops, open co-working and focused conversations with peers and legal tech innovators. Each session is small, practical and designed to help you take something useful back to your firm — whether that is a new workflow, a clearer data approach or a fresh perspective on client work.

The rooms
Three rooms, three themes
Three rooms run in parallel, each anchored to a broad theme so vendors and delegates can find their track easily. Sessions still rotate within each room across the two days.

The Data & Process Room
BD process, data and CRM. Hosts workshops such as Mastering Market Intelligence, Directory Submissions 2.0 and The Future of Relationship Management.
Room 3
The Content & Client Room
Content, brand and client insight. Where LinkedIn for Lawyers, How To PR Your Firm and Content is King land.
How it works
For all in town for the IBA Annual Conference
- Browse the schedule and reserve a slot for any workshop that interests you.
- Drop in any time to co-work, meet other BD and marketing professionals, or book a demo with a vendor.
- Sessions are capped at eight people, so every room stays small and hands-on.
- Monday morning is reserved for private meetings; workshops run from 13:00. Tuesday runs the full day, 09:00 to 18:00.
